Mysuru: Dr. Basappa, MD (Medicine), Retired Professor and HoD of Medicine at Mysore Medical College and JSS Medical College and  former Superintendent of PKTB Sanatorium, Mysuru, passed away in city on Jan. 14 following brief illness.
