Takes charge as MySugar MD

Mandya: Amid speculations of privatisation, senior IAS Officer P. Vasanthkumar took charge as the new Managing Director (MD) of State-run MySugar Factory here on Saturday.

He succeeds Shantharam, who was transferred on June 1. Vasanthkumar is a native of Mandya district, hailing from Malavalli.
