Talks by Brahmakumari Sister Shivani on Feb.23 and Feb.24

Mysuru:  Brahmakumari Sister Shivani, a goodwill ambassador of the World Psychiatrists Association, will deliver two talks on ‘Password to Happy Living’ and ‘Mind-Body Medicine’ under the auspices of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Mysuru Sub-Zone on Feb. 23 and Feb.24 at KSOU Convocation Hall in city.

Feb. 23 –  4.30 pm to 8 pm: Rajayogi B.K. Karunaji, Chairperson, Media Wing, Brahma Kumaris Mount Abu, will grace the occasion. G.T. Devegowda, District in-Charge Minister, will inaugurate the programme. Brahmakumari Sister Shivani will deliver talk on ‘Password to Happy Living.’

Dr. B. Basavaraj, Principal Secretary, Department of Transport, Government of Karnataka, will be the chief guest. Dr. M.R. Ravi, Commissioner for Textile Development and Director of Handlooms and Textiles, Government of Karnataka and Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar, Vice- Chancellor, University of Mysore, will be the guests of honour. Rajayogini B.K. Lakshmiji, Chief Coordinator, Brahma Kumaris Mysuru Sub Zone, will preside.

On Feb.24 – 9.30 am to 5 pm: Sister Shivani will deliver another talk on ‘Mind-Body Medicine’ with the theme ‘Creating a Miracle: Celebrating life’ at the day-long Medical Conference at the same venue.

Rajayogi B.K. Karunaji will grace the occasion. S.R. Mahesh, Minister for Tourism, will inaugurate the programme.

Padma Shri Dr. G. Bhaktavatsalam, Chairman of KG Multi and Super Speciality Hospital, Coimbatore and Dr. P.V. Rao, Senior Consultant-Cardiac Surgeon, Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Bengaluru, will be the chief guests. Dr. B. Suresh, VC, JSS University, Mysuru and Dr. Suresh Rudrappa, President- Elect, Indian Medical Association, Mysore, will be the guests of honour. Rajayogini B.K. Lakshmiji will preside. Dr. Banarsilal Sah, Secretary, Medical wing, RERF, Brahma Kumaris, Mount Abu, will also deliver an inspiration talk.
