Techie goes missing within minutes after calling his wife

Mysuru: A 29-year-old Software Engineer, working at L&T, has gone missing under mysterious circumstances within minutes after calling his wife at about 10.30 pm on July 18.

The missing person is Bharadwaj, a native of Andhra Pradesh, who was staying with his wife Divya and his child at a house on 8th Main, 10th Cross in Hebbal 1st stage in city and was working as a Software Engineer at L&T since two years.

According to the complaint lodged by his wife Divya with Hebbal Police on July 20, Bharadwaj, left his house on July 18 at about 9 am for work and at about 10.30 pm on the same day he called his wife over the phone and asked her if she wanted anything to which his wife asked him to bring diapers for the kid while coming.

As Bharadwaj did not come home even after 11 pm, his wife Divya called his phone only to receive the message that the phone was switched off.

Divya then went to L&T and enquired with the person at the reception, who told her that Bharadwaj had left the company at 10.30 pm itself.

Divya then enquired with people known to Bharadwaj but could not get any information about him and lodged a complaint with Hebbal Police on July 20.

Bharadwaj is 6ft. tall, oval faced, normal built, dark complexioned, has a mole on his right arm, speaks Kannada, Telugu and English and was wearing a white colour full-arm shirt and blue colour jeans pant at the time of going missing.

Meanwhile, Hebbal Police told SOM that they were putting all efforts to trace Bharadwaj but have not found a clue about him and expressed confidence that they would find him soon.
