‘TfN cycle expedition is quite unique, tough and competitive’ Says woman cyclist Deepa Katrodia

Deepa Katrodia, a 35-year-old woman cyclist from Mumbai, who is taking part in the 11th edition of TfN along with her husband Pradeep Katrodia (who is also a Iron man finisher), speaking to SOM before the start of the cycle expedition on yesterday morning, opined that “TfN  is a multiple endurance event, which gives a mental change to the participant to bind with nature and also brings competitive spirit.”

Deepa, an amateur athlete into triathlon and cycling, got to know of the TfN through a common friend and enrolled along with her husband, who are the only husband and wife to participate in the expedition. Deepa feels that TfN is one of the best cycling expedition conducted in the country and wants to conquer the Kalpetta hill climb which is very challenging with 36 hair pin bends.
