The spirit that never grows old

May 10, 2023

Sir,

Working as a Micro Observer in one of the Polling Stations of Krishnaraja Constituency, I came across this lady, Radha Lakshmamma, 98 years old. Though physically very weak, I was surprised by her spirit to register her right, her vote.

She came by an auto, we assisted her by un-boxing the new wheel-chair. The other voters complimented her saying she is an inspiration for all voters. Through her I could see that the age is only for the body and not for the spirit!
