Thieves steal dairy products, cigarettes from Nandini parlour

Mysore/Mysuru: Thieves have struck at Nandini milk parlour near Subramanya Temple arch, CITB Choultry Road in Hebbal and have decamped with  dairy products, cigarettes and cash all worth Rs. 46,500.

The milk parlour belongs to Meenakshi and the incident of theft came to light when she came to open the parlour.

Meenakshi’s son-in-law, who works for a cigarette distributor, had kept the stock worth Rs. 20,500 in the parlour. Besides, there were Nandini products worth Rs. 11,000 and Rs. 15,000 cash in the shop, before she went home after locking the shop.

Following day, she returned at 5 am to find that the keys of the shop have been broken open and the articles kept inside have been stolen.

A case has been registered at Hebbal Police Station.
