Thirty rowdy-sheeters externed

Mysuru/Kollegal: A total of 30 rowdy-sheeters who were active in Mysuru and Kollegal, have been externed from the district, in view of the Lok  Sabha elections.

Mysuru SP Amit Singh, in a press release, has stated that a total of 29 rowdy-sheeters have been externed from the district as there was a possibility of them disturbing the law and order situation in the coming  LS election.

He has further stated that the list of 29 rowdy-sheeters was sent to DC and District Election Officer Abhiram G. Sankar, who after holding an enquiry, ordered the externment of all 29 rowdy-sheeters.

Kollegal: Chamarajanagar DC and District Election Officer B.B. Cauvery has ordered externment of Prajwal, a resident of J.P. Mallapuram Layout in Kollegal, who  is listed as a rowdy-sheeter at Kollegal Police Station.
