Three teenagers go missing from city

Mysore/Mysuru: In two separate incidents, a 19-year-old girl and two boys from the Balamandira have gone missing from city since Jan.18.

In the first incident, 19-year-old Pushpalatha has gone missing from her house at Madahalli in Jayapura Police limits. She is 5.6 ft. tall, oily red complexioned, oval faced and was last seen wearing a cream coloured floral design kurta and a red pant.

According to the complaint lodged by her father Kendagannaswamy, he said that after dinner, everybody slept at 10.30 pm and when he woke up at 1.30 am, he found his daughter missing.

Pushpalatha was pursuing her first year B.Sc at Maharani’s College in city and was commuting everyday to college from Madahalli. She had discontinued her studies about six months ago and was staying at home.

 Balamandira boys missing 

In the second incident, two boys from the Boy’s Balamandira in Bogadi have gone missing from the Balamandira since Jan. 18.

The missing boys are 16-year-old Vijay and Raghu, who were studying in 9th Std. at the Government School in Bogadi. They both left the Balamandira at 7.30 am on Jan.18 to go to school but have not returned to the Balamandira since then, according to Gurumurthy, Superintendent (Grade-2) of the Boys Balamandira, who has lodged a complaint with Saraswathipuram Police.
