Bengaluru: Henceforth, the application for Transport Department’s Sakala services such as transfer of vehicle ownership, goods transport permit and Fitness Certificate of vehicles will only be through online or ‘Seva Sindhu’ portal. 

In an order issued in this regard on Thursday, the  Government said that as an effort to improve ease of doing business and easing trade norms in the State, the Sakala services of the Transport and Road Safety Department will be provided only through online.
