Tipu Sultan Wakf Estate donates Rs. 20 lakh to CM’s Relief Fund

Srirangapatna: To support the State Government, Hazarath Tipu Sultan Shaheed Wakf Estate at Gumbaz in Srirangapatna has donated Rs. 20 lakh to the Chief Minister’s COVID-19 Relief Fund for the purchase of medical equipment, medicines and food grains to be distributed among the needy. The cheque for Rs. 20 lakh was given by President of Tipu Sultan Wakf Estate and Narasimharaja MLA Tanveer Sait recently.

Also, the Wakf Estate has distributed grocery kits worth Rs. 22.5 lakh to the needy people, according to a press release.
