Top Cop visits COVID War Room to study its functioning

Mysore/Mysuru: City Police Commissioner Dr. Chandragupta visited COVID-19 War Room situated at new Deputy Commissioner’s Office Complex in Siddarthanagar in city yesterday.

Accompanied by Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Devaraja Sub-Division, M.N. Shashidhar and Nazarbad Police Inspector G.N. Srikanth, the top cop visited the War Room to understand its functioning.

He was briefed about the working of War Room, starting from receiving the call till treatment was arranged for the needy patients. 

Nodal Officer Lt. Col. Dr. S.U. Ashok received Dr. Chandragupta and took him around the War Room which functions round-the-clock. 

Appreciating its working, the Police Commissioner on-the-spot ordered deployment of Police personnel at the War Room as a precautionary measure with immediate effect.
