Traffic Awareness programme at Vijaya Vittala PU College

Mysuru: Vijaya Vittala Composite PU College, in association with K.R. Traffic Police Station, had organised Traffic Awareness programme at Vijaya Vittala PU College auditorium recently. The programme was inaugurated by Manjunath, Inspector of K.R. Traffic Police Station.

Manjunath enlightened the students on the necessity of following proper road discipline by calmly and carefully judging the best time to move with patience by respecting rules and avoid becoming a victims of accidents.

He further stressed that all citizens and vehicle owners and pedestrians must be aware of traffic safety guidelines.

Shivakumar, Sub-Inspector of K.R Traffic Police Station, educated the students regarding mandatory, cautionary and informative traffic rules and regulations, overruling the same that cause road accidents and the impacts on lives through a power-point presentation.

H.Satyaprasad, Principal of Vijaya Vittala College also spoke. Siddegowda, ASI, Kuvempunagar Traffic Police Station, Traffic wardens Subramanya and Ramanath and others were present during the programme.
