Training session for women inmates at Mysuru Central Prison

Mysuru: Vinattaa Rao, an entrepreneur from Mysuru, Founder of Akar, a transformational mentor and empowerment facilitator, conducted a training session for women inmates at the Central Prison in Mysuru.

The training focused on stress management and emotional regulation, positive thinking and mindfulness, mental health awareness and coping strategies.
