The National Translation Mission (NTM), Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL), Manasagangothri, has organised a three-week Training Programme on ‘Introduction to Translation’ at the Preview Theatre in CIIL premises from Feb.7 to 27. Dr. G. Rajagopal, retired Professor of English and Foreign Languages, University of Hyderabad, will deliver the inaugural lecture at 11 am. About forty trainees representing ten States, nine languages and nine Universities or Institutions are expected to take part.
