Mysuru: The students of Trinity PU College, Vijayanagar, excelled in District-level sports competitions organised by Pre-University Education Department in city recently.

The girls shuttle badminton team including Varshitha S. Raju (I PUC), Ananya Lobo (II PUC), R. Malavika (I PUC) and Narayani Arekudige (I PUC), emerged as champions. 

Ananya Lobo (II PU) and Narayani Arekudige (I PU) have been selected to represent Mysuru District in State-level Shuttle Badminton Championship to be held in Kodagu.

Meanwhile, the boys shuttle badminton team comprising  Chirag (II PUC), S.C. Adithya (II PUC), Diganth K. Setty (II PUC), Manish (II PUC) and B. Gaurav Sunder (II PUC) secured second position. 

Manish has been selected to represent Mysuru District in the State-level Shuttle Badminton.

Gold in traditional and artistic yoga  V.S. Kavish, a II PUC student, won the gold medal in the District-level traditional and artistic yoga competition.
