Trust Treasurer accused of cheating

Mysuru: The Treasurer of a city-based Trust has been accused of cheating Rs. 2 lakh by fraudulent means.

Yasin Shariff, the Treasurer of Gulshan-E-Chistia Trust is the accused.

Trust President Khaja Animuddin Ali, a resident of Rajivnagar, in a complaint lodged with Udayagiri Police has accused Yasin Shariff of drawing Rs. 2 lakh from the Bank without his knowledge and also of threatening him with life, when questioned about withdrawal of money. Udayagiri Police are investigating the complaint, it is learnt.
