Mysore/Mysuru: Two unidentified persons were found dead at Varuna Lake on Mysuru- T. Narasipur Road yesterday morning.

One of the deceased is aged about 50- 55 years and another, a 35-year-old.

According to local fishermen, the 55-year-old person, had told them that he was from Chamarajanagar and was jobless.

While the body of another is suspected to be a day old and the details are still being investigated.

The cause of deaths is yet to be ascertained. Varuna Police retrieved the bodies and shifted them to MMC&RI mortuary.

Varuna Police, who have registered a care are investigating and urged the kith and kin of the deceased to contact them.
