Two-wheeler lifter nabbed

Three bikes worth Rs. 2.05 lakh seized

Mysuru: Jayalakshmipuram Police have arrested a two-wheeler lifter and have recovered three bikes worth Rs. 2.05 lakh from him. The accused was picked up on Mar. 28, when he was looking at the parked two-wheelers near a park close to B.M. Hospital and subjected him to interrogation during which the accused is said to have confessed of lifting two-wheelers.

Based on the information provided by the accused, the Police have recovered three bikes from him thus solving two bike lifting cases in Jayalakshmipuram Police limits and one in Mysuru South Police limits.

DCP (Crime & Traffic) S. Jahnavi (now transferred) and NR ACP Ashwathnarayan guided Jayalakshmipuram Inspector Kumar, SI Smitha, ASI Rajegowda and staff Abhishek Benjamin, M.D. Ravi, H.K. Srinivas, Devaraju, S. Rajesh, Somanna, Kumar, Sachin, B.K. Ravi, K.M. Manjunath and Technical Wing’s P. Kumar in the nabbing operation.
