Recently a stretch of UGD was laid in front of Mathru Mandali Shishu Vikasa Kendra on the 13th Cross, Gokulam 2nd Stage, Mysuru, in the middle of the road. The work of laying pipes was completed more than 10 days back. 

Consequently the approach to residences/school has been blocked for a stretch of more than 100 metres for nearly two weeks. No vehicle/ambulance can pass through the road even though UGD work is completed.

The mounds of nearly 3 to 4 feet for the entire stretch and huge pits have been left without levelling for reasons unknown.

We are senior citizens aged above 70 years of age with certain health conditions and unable to use our vehicle mainly for urgent health issues due to the “artificial wall”  in the middle of the road and unfilled “pits”. Special children of Mathru Mandali school also face difficulty to get in and get out of the school gate.

Will the authorities concerned please do the needful on an urgent basis?
