Mysuru:  The body of an unidentified man was found behind a Fish Shop on S. Uttanahalli Road in the taluk on Sept.11.

The man is said to have roamed around Hosahundi, S. Uttanahalli, Bandipalya and surrounding areas for a few days before his death. His body has been shifted to MMC&RI mortuary. The kith and kin of the deceased, if any, may contact Mysuru South Police on Ph: 0821-2444955 or Control Room on Ph: 2444800.

In another incident, an unidentified 50-year-old woman has been found on the bank of Lakshman Teertha backwaters near the new bridge at Sagarakatte in the taluk on Friday.

The deceased wore a green saree and green colour bangles. A Mysuru-K.R. Nagar Railway ticket was found on her person. Her body has been shifted to MMC&RI mortuary. Yelwal Police have registered a case. The kith and kin, if any, can contact Ph: 0821-2402222 or 2444800.
