Unidentified bodies found

Mysuru: In separate cases, Railway Police have registered cases following the death of two unidentified persons at its jurisdiction.

In the first case, the Railway Police, who found an unidentified person lying sick on Platform No. 4 at the City Railway Station, admitted the unidentified man to K.R. Hospital for treatment where he breathed his last on Jan. 11.

The unidentified man is aged between 25 and 30 years, 5.8 ft. tall, round faced, oily red complexioned, normal built, has old wound marks on his neck, stomach and back, has yellow and red beads tied on his right hand and was wearing a wheatish coloured full arm shirt and a white and green coloured T-shirt with ‘BC THE NEW SPIRIT OF WIPRO RUN-2017’ written on it.

In the second case, the Mysuru Railway Police have found the body of an unidentified woman, who was run over by a moving train between Byadarahalli and Pandavapura Railway Station.

The unidentified woman is aged between 40 and 45 years, 5 ft. tall, round faced, oily red complexioned, normal built, has a black and red colour threads tied on her right hand and was wearing a red colour small flower design grey and red coloured saree and blue blouse.

The Railway Police, who have shifted the bodies to MMC&RI mortuary, have asked the kith and kin of the deceased, if any, to contact Mysuru  Railway Police Station on Ph: 0821-2516579, according to a press release.
