Unidentified body found in canal

Mysuru: Varuna Police, have found a body of an unidentified man, aged between 50 and 60 years which was floating in the Varuna Sub Canal at Kadavekattehundi village.

The Police have suspected that the man may have been a cowherd or a shepherd and may have fallen into the canal accidentally and drowned and as the water to the canal was stopped, the body may have got stuck here.
