Unidentified man found murdered near Siddalingapura

Mysuru: An unidentified man has been found murdered in an abandoned building, near a petrol bunk on Mysuru-Bengaluru Highway near Siddalingapura, coming under Metagalli Police limits and the murder came to light yesterday morning.

The deceased is aged between 35 and 40 years and there are wounds on his body.

Metagalli In-charge Inspector K.C. Poovaiah, Vijayanagar Sub-Division ACP S.G. Gajendraprasad and staff, who reached the spot, conducted mahazar and preliminary investigation, during which, villagers said that a man and a woman used to stay in the abandoned building but were not traceable now.

Metagalli Police, who have registered a case, have suspected the handiwork of the unidentified man and woman behind the murder, but are investigating in all angles.
