Unidentified woman killed as bike hits

Mysore/Mysuru: An unidentified woman, aged between 55 and 60 years, who was admitted to K.R. Hospital with serious injuries after a bike hit her when she was crossing the road near Hootagalli Signal on Feb. 3 morning, has succumbed to injuries at the hospital on Feb. 9.

The accused bike rider has been identified as Anand. It is alleged that Anand was riding the bike (KA-02-EQ-7884) in a rash and negligent manner which resulted in the accident.

V.V. Puram Traffic Police have registered a case and have urged the kith and kin of the deceased to contact V.V. Puram Traffic Police on Ph: 0821-2418529 or Police Control Room on Ph: 2418339.
