University of Mysore gives one last chance for failed candidates

January 7, 2020

Mysuru:  Following the Academic Council meeting of University of Mysore (UoM) on Dec. 12, the Council has decided again to grant one last chance to all students of graduate and post-graduate (annual and semester) courses (including B.Ed. and Law students of RR, CSS and ISS scheme) as well as post-graduate diploma courses (including professional courses) who have failed to complete their courses within the stipulated time-frame (Double the Duration). Accordingly, as applicable from current academic year (2019-20), students who have not completed their courses even after stipulated ‘Double the Duration’ time-frame have been awarded one last chance (single attempt/semester) to take exam (as per their old syllabus/scheme) and complete their courses.

The failed students willing to avail benefit from above stated extension are requested to remit exam fee as per the notification issued by the Registrar, according to release.
