Indo-Czech collaboration: General President of Indian Science Congress Association and former Vice-Chancellor of University of Mysore Prof. K. S. The book was written by Dr. Tomas Melichar, Dr. Jean Haxaire, Dr. Michal Rezac and Dr. H.B. Manjunath who are also seen in the picture. The book is the result of collaborative effort between Indian and Czech Scientists through bilateral cooperation. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the University of Mysore and Sphingidae Museum, Czech Republic under the leadership of Prof. Rangappa when he was the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Mysore.
