UoM to hold K-SET on Sept. 20

Mysore/Mysuru: The Government of Karnataka has permitted University of Mysore (UoM), which is the Nodal Agency to hold Karnataka State Eligibility Test (K-SET) examination on Sept. 20.

The examination was postponed several times since last six months due to Covid-19. Following instruction from the Government to complete all procedure before December this year, the Varsity has fixed Sept. 20 for K-SET exam. 

The permission came after a series of letter correspondence with the Government. UoM VC Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar told SOM that this time, over a lakh students are expected to take up the exam. Precautions will be taken while holding examination in view of Corona, he added.
