Mysuru:  As part of the ongoing Chaturmasya Vrata of Sri Shankarabharathi Mahaswamiji, Pontiff of Yadathore Sri Yoganandeshwara Saraswathi Mutt, K.R. Nagar at Japeshwara Kshetra, a vardhanti mahotsava of Sri Swamiji will be held tomorrow (Aug.19).

The vardhanti begins with Ahnikadarshana between 6.15 am and 7.15 am. It will be followed by Srichakra Navarana Puja, Special puja to the deity, Chandi Mahayaga for Global Harmony among others followed by Purnahuthi at 11.45 am.

Post lunch event includes the release of various books, felicitation to the scholars and guru vandhana from 2.30 pm and recital of 10 shlokas of Soundarya Lahari, Dakshinamurthyastaka and Vivekadeepini. Dr. Shekar Rao, Director, Sri Satyasai Institute of Medical Science, Bengaluru, Dr. S. Radesh, Director, Selara Diagnostics, Basavagudi, Bengaluru and Mahendrakumar Gaur, President, Purushartha Foundation, Bengaluru will be present on the occasion.
