Mysuru: Chamaraja MLA Vasu performed Guddali Puja for a slew of developmental works at the park opposite JSS High School in Vijayanagar second stage.

He said development works have been taken up at a cost of Rs. 10 lakh under the Legislator’s local area development funds. The works include construction of an umbrella shaped Gazebo and children play equipment. He added that the compound wall grills of the park have been painted.

The MLA lauded the Vijayanagar second stage Residents Welfare Association for maintaining the park. Corporators Mahadevappa, Shivamadu and Ramesh, the residents association President Shivegowda, Secretary S.M. Nagaraj, MCC zone-5 officer Nagaraj and others were present.
