Police are seen carrying Kannada Chaluvali leader Vatal Nagaraj from inside the KRS reservoir premises where he was staging a protest against the continuous release of water from the reservoir to Tamil Nadu this morning.

Expressing unhappiness over Mekadatu Project, Vatal Nagaraj gave one week’s time for the State Government to start the project work failing which he warned of laying the foundation stone himself. Vatal Nagaraj, after being brought outside the main gate of the reservoir by the Police, continued his protest in front of the entrance gate.
