Venkaiah Naidu to arrive in city on July 12

Mysuru: The Vice-President of India  M. Venkaiah Naidu will arrive in Mysuru on July 12 to take part in the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL) on Hunsur Road in Manasagangothri in the city the next day.

This will be his first visit to the city after becoming Vice-President in August 2017. Venkaiah Naidu will land at Mandakalli airport by a special flight from New Delhi at 6.30 pm on July 12 and will drive straight to Government Guest House in Nazarbad, where he will stay for the night.

The Vice-President, after taking part in the CIIL event at 9.30 am on July 13, will fly back to New Delhi from Mandakalli airport at 11.45 am, according to the protocol section in the Deputy Commissioner’s Office.
