Veteran TT players excel

Mysore/Mysuru: The city Veteran Table Tennis (TT) players, K.L. Sridhar (Men 60+ Category) and K.V. Krishna Murthy (Men 80+ Category) won the Singles Titles in the C.R. Janardhan Memorial Veteran State Ranking TT Tournament, held at Bengaluru, in August.

K.L. Sridhar beat K.V. Subba Rao of Bengaluru 3-1, while K.V. Krishna Murthy defeated K. Sathyanarayana, also from Bengaluru, 3-0 to clinch the titles.

Sridhar also won the Doubles (60+ and above), partnering with R. Prasad of Bengaluru. The pair defeated Mahesh Nayak and Ashok Kumar 3-2 in the finals.
