Vice-Presidential Election: Venkaiah Naidu files nomination

Former Union Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu is seen filing his nomination papers as NDA candidate for the Vice-Presidential Election at the Parliament in New Delhi this morning. Others seen are Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former Deputy Prime Minister L.K. Advani, BJP National President Amit Shah, Union Ministers Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitely & Ram Vilas Paswan and senior BJP Leader Murali Manohar Joshi. Venkaiah Naidu will be contesting against UPA’s Gopalkrishna Gandhi in the August 5 election.
