Mysore/Mysuru: Vid. Sridhar Jain of Apthamitra-fame and Founder of Sri Nimishamba School of Dance, Mysuru, his wife Vidu. Soumya Sridhar Jain and their 30 disciples will be performing at the Thailand International Cultural Festival organised jointly by Chiranthana Academy, Thai Kannada Balaga, Thailand Tamil Federation and Telugu Association Thailand at Rajamangala University Hall in Bangkok on Sept. 3 at 5.30 pm.

Over 80 artistes from India will present rich dance forms of the country representing different States of India.

On the occasion, ‘Global Dance Icon Award’ will be presented to Vid. Sridhar Jain for his contribution to the field of Bharatanatyam and other dance forms while ‘International Art Service Excellence Award’ will be given to Vidu. Soumya Jain for her service to the field of music, dance and social causes.
