RAAGA Music Academy is presenting a vocal concert by Vid. Vivek Moozhikkulam on its monthly music platform, on Dec. 21 at 5.30 pm at Prajna Kuteera Ayurvedic Centre, Vishwamanava Double Road, Kuvempunagar.

Vid. Vivek Moozhikkulam, disciple of A.D. Reju Narayanan and V.R. Dileep Kumar, is an M.Phil in Music from Shankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kaladi. He is currently under the tutelage of C.R. Vaidyanathan, who is a senior disciple of Padma Bhushan P.S. Narayanaswamy.

A recipient of Chembai Puraskaram, Best Vocalist Award from Music Academy of Chennai, CCRT senior scholarship and Grade ‘A’ of AIR, he has performed at major platforms like Music Academy, Karthik Fine Arts, BVB, Marga festival, Shanmugananda Sangeetha Sabha, Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy, Rasikapriya Sabha, Kerala Sahitya Academy, Sringeri Sharadamba Temple etc.

On Saturday, he will be accompanied by Vid. Sumanth Manjunath on violin, Vid. Nikshith Puttur on mridanga and Vid. V.S. Ramesh on morching.

 A talk by Dr. N.V. Krishnamurthy, Director, Prajna Kuteera, on Healthy Living through Ayurveda will be held from 4.30 pm to 5.15 pm at the same venue.
