Vidu. Indira and Vid. T.P. Vaidyanathan memorial concert on Sept. 17

Ganabharathi has organised a vocal concert in memory of Vidu. Indira and Vid. TP. Vaidyanathan on Sept. 17 at 6 pm at Veene Seshanna Bhavana in Kuvempunagar. Vid. S. Shankar, a senior vocalist, will perform on that day. He will be accompanied by Vid. Achutha Rao on violin, Vid. Sai Shivu Lakshmi Keshav on mridanga and Vid. Shamith Gowda on ghata.

The concert is also available on Ganabharathi Facebook page and YouTube channel. An e-book “Sadashiva Kusumanjali,” a collection of the compositions of Mysore Sadashiva Rao along with notations, edited by T.P. Vaidyanathan will be launched, said T.S. Venugopal, Secretary, Ganabharathi.
