Ramesh chief guest, VVS President Gundappa Gowda presides, VVS Secretary P. Vishwanath and Treasurer Shrishaila Ramannavar guests of honour, IUCEE Foundation Director & Board Member and IASF 2023 Chief Co-ordinator Sampada Pachaury and VVCE Principal Dr. B. Sadashive Gowda will be present, Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple, Palace North Gate, 6.45 am.
