Mysuru: Residents of Srirampura GP limits staged a demonstration in front of the ZP office here yesterday, demanding action against former Srirampura GP PDO for serious irregularities.

Alleging that Srirampura GP former PDO Hanumantharaju was involved in many irregularities when in office as PDO, they demanded stern action against him.

Accusing Hanumantharaju of using his influence to return as Srirampura GP PDO, the residents warned the Government against allowing him to continue as Srirampura GP PDO.

The protestors withdrew the demonstration after ZP CEO Shivashankar assured of action against the former PDO.

TP members Yoga Srinivas and Hanumanthu, Srirampura GP members Mahesh, Kumar, Suresh, Sashikala, Kamalakshi and others took part.
