Vimaladevi (100), wife of late Sompal Gupta and a resident of Mandi Mohalla near Panchamukhi Ganapati Temple, passed away yesterday in city.

She leaves behind her children, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Her family members donated her eyes to an eye bank, as per her wish. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon, according to family sources.
