Mysore/Mysuru: Violin maestro and senior guru from Mysuru, Vid. H.K. Narasimhamurthy was conferred with ‘Ajithashree’ national award in music for the year 2020 by ‘Ajithkumar Smaraka Sanskritika Vedike’, Bengaluru, on Dec. 11 in recognition of his lifetime achievement and contribution to the field of music. The annual award is given in memory of late Sri Ajithkumar.

Ajithkumar was a Pracharak of Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh, who had spent his entire life working for the cause of the society and nation. By his selfless service, he has inspired innumerable brilliant youths to work for the society.
