Mysore/Mysuru: Ganabharathi has organised a vocal music concert on July 8 at 6 pm in memory of Chakrakoti Narayan Shastry at Veene Seshanna Bhavana, Kuvempunagar in city by children and grandchildren of Chakrakoti Narayan Shastry.

Vidu. Chinmaye Manish will be presenting vocal recital. She will be accompanied by Vidu. Dr. Veena Suresh on violin, Vid.Pavan Madhava on mridanga and Vid. Srinidhi R. Koundinya  on ghata.

Profile: Vidushi Chinmaye started her early training from her mother Umamaheshwari and continued training under Vidwan Madhuru P. Balasubramanyan and Vidwan Aravind Hebbar.

Later she did her advance training under guru Vidu. Suguna Purushotam. Currently she is pursuing specialisation in music under Mangad Nateshan from Trishur. She has performed in stages in various places like Udupi, Mangaluru, Kerala and Chennai. She is training many music aspirants in Shankar Mahadevan Institute.
