Voter awareness: Say it with rose

Mysore/Mysuru: Member of Akhil Grahaka Panchayat, Mysuru Unit, created voting awareness among the public by distributing roses to the passengers at KSRTC City Bus Stand, here yesterday.

Speaking to the mediapersons, Panchayat Mysuru Unit President C.N. Chandrashekar said all eligible voters above the age of 18 years must cast their franchise compulsorily.

Later, Panchayat’s Organising Secretary Vikram Iyengar said a jatha had been organised to create awareness among the students and other voters.

S.N. Rajesh, Suresh, Chandan, Suresh, Srikanth Kashyap, Anil Kumar, Bhyrathi Lingaraju and others were present.
