Mysuru: Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE), Mysuru, is certified with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, a recognition earned through a comprehensive quality audit conducted across all departments.
This accreditation highlights the institution’s commitment to maintaining a structured and effective quality management system, ensuring seamless documentation and implementation of quality initiatives.
The ISO framework establishes a systematic approach to monitor, identify and address any deviations, driving continuous improvement. It reinforces VVCE’s dedication to excellence in administration, teaching, learning and training processes, ensuring alignment with global standards.
Between Nov. 11 and 15, 2024, the ISO audit team conducted a detailed evaluation of VVCE. The audit assessed various critical parameters, including academic quality planning and evaluation, human resource and faculty development, academic planning and continuous improvement, admissions procedures, management practices, leadership strategies and documentation management.
Dr. B. Sadashive Gowda, Principal, VVCE said, “ISO Certification is a testimony to our well established process in all areas of Engineering Education. It further strengthens the standard ISO practices with respect to higher education to reach all the stakeholders of our Institute. As VVCE is already being accredited by both NBA and NAAC, this has become a feather in the cap of VVCE.
