Mysore/Mysuru: Students of Vidyavardhaka First Grade College (VVFGC) emerged victorious in various tournaments held in Mysuru recently. In the Mysore City Inter-Collegiate Athletic Championship, H.M. Ravikumar of II year B.Com won bronze medal in Men’s Discus Throw event while M.N. Nithin of II year B.Com has won silver medal in Men’s Javelin Throw and T.S. Darshan of final year BBA won silver medal in 100mts sprint.

In Weightlifting, C. Sharath Patel of final year B.Com won gold medal; C.R. Kumarswamy Gowda of II year BCA won the bronze medal in the Best Physique Competition.

In Women’s section, R. Tejashwini of I year B.Com and S. Rancy of I year B.Com bagged bronze medals.
