Water tank crying for attention

Sir,

The Water Tank situated in Vijayanagar 3rd Stage, D Block, behind Chowdeshwari temple, is either leaking or over-flowing, resulting in precious water going waste.

Also it looks dangerous for the structure too. I request the authorities concerned to urgently look into it and do the needful to avoid water being wasted as well as prevent imminent danger to the structure.
