Madikeri: Five occupants of a car including three children had a miraculous escape when a wild elephant attacked their car near Aane Kaadu.
The couple and their three children were on their way to Madikeri and when they were proceeding near Aane Kaadu at about 8 pm yesterday, an elephant attacked and tried to overturn the car. But the person behind the wheels of the car drove the car fast and escaped. The car has been damaged as the elephant had rammed into it.
