Wild Karnataka hits big screen today

Mysuru/Mysore: Much to the delight of wildlife enthusiasts, Wild Karnataka, a documentary about rich bio-diversity of Karnataka, is being screened in PVR theatre in city. 

Filmed for over four years and narrated by none other than the celebrated natural historian David Attenborough, the 53-minute documentary showcases astonishingly beautiful rich wildlife of Karnataka. 

The documentary is touted as the first Indian wildlife documentary to be released in the cinemas. Making effective use of drones and other advanced equipment, the film, shot in crisp blue-chip 4K and directed and produced by award-winning film makers Amoghavarsha and Kalyan Varma, has hit the big screens around the country today (Jan. 17). 

Wildlife buffs can watch the documentary in PVR theatre: Garuda Mall in city (8.10 pm).
