Mysuru: A total of 58 students, including 27 in junior and 31 in senior category, of JSS Public School, JP Nagar, taking part in JSS Inter-School Sports Meet held recently won several medals and prizes.

Results

Sanvi S. Sali (7th Std): 100 mts sprint:2nd prize and 200 mts sprint:3rd prize. Samarth (9th Std): 400 mts run:1st prize, 800 mts run: 1st prize, 1500 mts run:2nd prize. B. Khushi (9th Std): Shot Put:1st prize and Discus Throw: 1st prize. D. Harshika (10th Std): Shot Put: 3rd Prize. E. Dhanish (10 Std): Long Jump: 3rd Prize.

In senior category 4×100 mts relay, team of Greeshma, Kushi, Deethyashree Urs and Deeksha secured third place. The school won second place in March Past. Samarth of 9th Std won  individual championship trophy along with cash prize of Rs. 4,000.
