Winners of Urdu Quiz

Maheen Khanum (daughter of Yousuff Ahmed Khan); Azra Kousar (daughter of Aslam Pasha) and Sanifa (daughter of Mohammed Shamshuddin), X standard students of Farooqia Girls’ High School, managed by Rifahul Muslimeen Educational Trust, have won first prize in the quiz contest and were awarded ‘Sitara of Mysuru District’ at Yaum-e-Urdu Mahfil-e-Nisa Urdu Sitarooki Khoj-2 organised by Karnataka Urdu Academy at Ambedkar Bhavan in Bengaluru recently.

Urban Development Minister R. Roshan Baig, Karnataka Urdu Academy Chairman Azizulla Baig and Mahfil-e-Nisa President Dr. Shasta Yusuff were the chief guests at the programme.
